High West Twilight Tea >>
1 ½ ounces of High West Silver Oat Whiskey
1 ounce lemonade
1 ounce iced tea
Splash of fresh blueberry juice
Layer ingredients over ice in a Collins glass in order listed. Garnish with fresh mint and blueberries on a skewer.
Silver Manhatten >>
2 ounces High West Silver Oat Whiskey
1 ounce light vermouth
dash of Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into cocktail glass and serve with cherry.
Young Old Fashioned >>
1 ½ ounces High West Silver Oat Whiskey
1 ounce Rendezvous Rye Whiskey
1 teaspoon demerara sugar
Splash water
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir bitters and sugar in the bottom of a rocks glass to form a paste. Add orange slice and water muttle. Add ice and the whiskeys.
Silver Kamikazi >>
1 ¼ ounces High West Silver Oat Whiskey
¼ ounce of Combier Orange Liqueur
¼ ounce fresh lime juice
Shake with Ice, strain and serve with a lime wedge.
The Park City Mule >>
1 ½ ounces of High West Silver Oat Whiskey
½ ounce fresh lime juice
In a mug filled with ice, pour in Whiskey and add the lime juice.
Whiskey Mac >>
2 ounces Hutchison’s Spiced Ginger Wine
1 ounce Deerstalker 10 year old Single Malt Scotch
Mix together over ice.
